Master in International Law

Our master’s education program in Jurisprudence aims to equip aspiring lawyers with comprehensive legal expertise. Our graduates are prepared to excel in various roles, from practising law to conducting advanced research and teaching.

  • Explains the historical formation and development of individual branches and institutions within international and European law, highlighting their distinctive features.

  • Examines the problems of interdependence and interaction between international and domestic law.

  • Practically applies structured approaches to solving specific complex legal issues in novel situations within international and European law fields, proposing innovative ideas.

  • Develops strategies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and international structures.

  • Interprets legal norms, precedents, and principles of international and European law, while analyzing complex legal disputes related to them.

  • Provides high-quality advice on matters concerning international and European law.

  • Analyzes, interprets, and compares national legislation, supranational and international legal principles and norms, and evaluates the implementation of international documents across various fields in the Republic of Armenia.

  • Applies normative legal acts related to international and European law fields, implementing substantive and procedural law norms, and independently drafting legal documents.

  • Analyzes existing legislation to improve it, aligning it with international standards, and bringing Armenian laws closer to those of the European Union.

  • Evaluates the implementation status of international documents across various fields in the Republic of Armenia, comparing it with the practices of other countries.

  • Develops recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of Armenia’s cooperation with EU structures and international organizations.

  • Guided by moral norms promoting tolerance, cooperation, and mutual understanding among diverse groups, adheres to principles of legal ethics, and conscientiously fulfils professional duties.
