Complete Application Form
Please fill out the online application form that can be found on our website. If you require assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Prapare the Documents
Please ensure you collect all required documents for admission. A detailed list of documents is listed under degree program overviews.

Pay the Registration Fee
Please note that to complete your registration, it is necessary to pay the registration fee of 48400 AMD or $100.

Get your Interview Appointment
After completing the registration process, we will inform you of the date and time of your 15-minute interview appointment.

Wait for the Final Decision
We will make the final decision on your application within two weeks.
For international students: If your application is accepted, we will send you an admission letter within 2-4 days, so you can plan you trip to Armenia on time. Our international office is available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding visas and the registration process for both the university and campus.
Requirements
Undergraduate Diploma Requirements:
– Application form
– The questionnaire provided by the Ministry (only for International students)
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Original and copies of passport or birth certificate
– Copies of social card (for Armenian applicants)
– Official transcripts from the school
– English language proficiency test scores (if applicable)
– Armenian applicants must provide documents related to military service (male applicants of the army conscription age can apply only if they have a corresponding record about a draft deferral in their military registration paper, and those who had been previously granted deferrals for health reasons should demonstrate the relevant records of the Central Military Medical Commission)
– Armenian applicants must provide Military ID and a certificate from the Military Commissariat documenting the applicant’s military service (location and performance)
– 6 photos (3×4 cm)
– Curriculum Vitae (if applicable)
– Interview (if applicable)
– Medical certificate on general health status. This certificate may also be provided by medical bodies of the Republic of Armenia (for international students only)
– Receipt of admission and registration fee payment
Graduate Diploma Requirements:
– Application form
– The questionnaire provided by the Ministry (only for International students)
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
– Original and copies of passport or birth certificate
– Copies of social card (for Armenian applicants)
– Official transcripts from the previous university
– English language proficiency test scores (if applicable)
– Armenian applicants must provide documents related to military service (male applicants of the army conscription age can apply only if they have a corresponding record about a draft deferral in their military registration paper, and those who had been previously granted deferrals for health reasons should demonstrate the relevant records of the Central Military Medical Commission)
– Armenian applicants must provide Military ID and a certificate from the Military Commissariat documenting the applicant’s military service (location and performance)

– Exams (in case your bachelor’s background differs from the study field you are applying for)
– Computer proficiency test
– Medical certificate on general health status. This certificate may also be provided by medical bodies of the Republic of Armenia (for international students only)
– Receipt of admission and registration fee payment

- The documents will be considered only if ratified by the consular departments of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Armenia in foreign countries, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Armenia or international agreements:
- The documents together with the EIU Rector’s reference letter are submitted in person to the Ministry of Education and Sciences by an authorized representative of the University. If the applicant is physically present in the Republic of Armenia, he/she can personally submit the above documents to the Ministry.
- If you want an EIU representative to submit the documents to the RA Ministry of Education and Sciences, please mail the full package of documents at the following address: info@eiu.am. The fields NAME and SURNAME should be filled in by the applicant’s first and last names.
- Documents admission and processing fee
- The documents admission and processing fee (100 USD) is not refundable. The University bank details for the fee payment can be downloaded via the following LINK. Your application will not be considered unless accompanied by the payment receipt
