Legal Clinic

Students and experienced professors of the Law Department of EIU, included in the Legal Clinic, provide free legal consultations to citizens.

Welcome to the Legal Clinic at Eurasia International University! Here, our dedicated 4th-year bachelor’s and master’s students offer free legal assistance to individuals facing social disadvantage and challenging life circumstances. Our Clinic, nestled within the Department of Law, operates purely voluntarily and is not driven by profit.

Our primary goals revolve around empowering students with hands-on legal knowledge and skills while supporting their career development. Simultaneously, we aim to raise legal awareness among the community we serve.

Our services encompass drafting various legal documents, including applications, claims, responses, petitions, appeals, and even complaints to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). These documents are tailored to individual’s needs and are intended for submission to both governmental and non-governmental entities, as well as international organizations.

Within our practice, we offer legal advice across three main areas: civil, administrative, and criminal law. Upholding the values of legality, impartiality, confidentiality, and volunteerism, we ensure that each client receives the support they need in a respectful and non-discriminatory manner.

Moreover, our Clinic actively collaborates with numerous state and non-state entities within the Republic of Armenia, as well as international organizations, to further extend our reach and impact in the community.

Whether you’re seeking guidance on civil matters, administrative procedures, or criminal issues, our dedicated team at the Legal Clinic is here to assist you every step of the way.
