Training Courses for “Young Diplomat”, “Young Lawyer” Schools and Information Systems Are Completed
2018 The projects of the “Young Diplomat” and “Young Lawyer” schools and information systems training launched in October have come to an end. Students from different schools were involved in the projects. From the beginning of the courses, students’ knowledge testing was organized, which continued both during and after the course.
The goal of the “Young Diplomat” and “Young Lawyer” schools is to develop general knowledge of diplomacy and law within the framework of professional orientation, to develop the characteristics of a diplomat and lawyer among students, to guide their independent work by developing their own initiative.
Within the framework of the schools, trainers Ani Hovasapyan and Meri Shahbazyan organized visits to the RA Ministries, the RA National Assembly, the RA Chamber of Advocates for the students, meetings with ambassadors and other officials in the fields. In the aforementioned institutions, the students met with the best professionals in the field, got acquainted with the work of the institutions, discussed practical examples, enriching their practical knowledge of diplomacy and law.
Free training courses in information systems organized in collaboration with “Masys Information Systems” have also been effective.
At the end of the project, On May 31, 2019, EIU Rector Suren Ohanyan awarded the participants with certificates. The Rector congratulated the students on making the program a glorious one, assuring that the knowledge they received within the school would be the best start to orienting students as future professionals. At the rector’s request, the students presented their suggestions for improving further courses and creating new projects.
